Join us for a family-friendly event!

Grab your passports and journey to whole new worlds—creepy, curious, and fun!

Join us for an afternoon of stories, activities, special stations, incredible guests, and yummy food. Bring the whole family for an unforgettable adventure.

  • When: Saturday, October 17th, 1–4 p.m.

  • Where: Society Clubhouse, 967 College Street

  • Who: Family-friendly, especially for kids 10 and under

  • Refreshments at the cafe

Special Guests

  • Author Sid Sharp will read his debut picture book—Midnight Manor, and will also have a wonderfully spooky activity!

  • Illustrator Jennica Lounsbury will read from her new book, written by Vicki Vansickle, called,Mother Boo. Jennica will guide kids in a fun drawing activity!

Interactive Stations

  • Construction Planet: Build your own spaceship in our LEGO corner.

  • Planet of Possibilities: Transform into an alien with face painting and dress-up.

  • Story Planet: Create a creepy story with easy prompts in your own mini book.

  • Peace Planet: Add your words and pictures to a collaborative mural.

  • Crafty Planet: Make alien antennae with headbands, pompoms, and more.

  • Pumpkin Planet: Decorate your own spooky pumpkin to take home.

  • Passport Control: Collect stamps and add notes or drawings as you journey from planet to planet.
